Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 40 min
Preheat the oven to 120 degrees.
Chop the cookies in a blender and mix with melted butter. Put it in a baking dish, greased with oil. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Melt the ice cream slightly, about 10 minutes. Using a mixer, mix the ice cream with 5 tablespoons of coffee liqueur, beat to make a cream. Put a layer of ice cream on top of the completely cooled cake, cover with cling film and put in the freezer for 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat. Pour in the remaining liquor and cool.
 When serving, sprinkle chocolate ice cream cake with chocolate.
