Lemon Sorbet

Amazing refreshing Italian dessert! Try! In summer, I really want to refresh myself. Sorbet is an amazing dessert. This is a treat with which you can improvise. For example, sometimes I add some alcoholic drink, literally a tablespoon, then the taste turns out even more interesting. Of course, I don't offer dessert with vodka to children :) But adult guests are always delighted.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 7 d 20 min

1. Mix sugar, zest and salt until smooth. I interrupt with a blender.
2. Add water and juice and whisk until the sugar dissolves.
3. Pour the whipped mixture into a container, cover with cling film and put in the freezer for 4 hours.
4. Remove the lemon ice from the freezer and mix in a blender.
5. Freeze for another 3 hours, stirring occasionally (every half an hour-an hour).
