In fact, everything is very easy and simple:
1. Wash the oranges, cut off the cap from the top - about 1/3 of the total volume.
2. Peel the citrus from the pulp with a teaspoon.
3. Mix together the orange juice and syrup, which is very simple to prepare: combine water and sugar, bring to a boil so that all the sugar dissolves, then cool to room temperature.
4. Pour the mixture into a container and put it in the freezer for a few hours (2-3).
5. An important point is to beat the mass with a mixer every half hour to avoid the formation of ice crystals and the sorbet turned out to be more airy.
If there is an ice cream maker at home, then this process can be facilitated.
Arrange the finished dessert in pre-cooked "orange cups" and decorate with fresh mint leaves.
You can also use your favorite cremans for serving, decorating the dessert as desired.
