Carpaccio is a classic Italian dish! The success of this dish lies in very thinly sliced pieces of raw fish or meat! Seasoned with a special marinade, raw fish or meat acquires an exquisite taste and becomes an excellent snack! We will prepare our carpaccio from Salmon, a very healthy fish, saturated with the most valuable vitamins and iodine. Another interesting ingredient often used in Italian cuisine is arugula. Arugula shows the richness of its taste well in this dish, but it should not be too much. I highly recommend this dish, as it is not only delicious, but also healthy!
To make it easier to cut the fish into as thin slices as possible (they should be almost transparent), the fish must be pre-frozen. To do this, wrap the salmon fillet in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for two hours. Peel the mushrooms and cut into thin strips, cherry tomatoes – halves. Cut the frozen fillet with a very sharp knife, arrange the strips of fish and mushrooms beautifully on a plate, sprinkle with lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, put arugula leaves on top and pour olive oil. Serve the dish chilled.
