Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products according to the list. Wash the cucumbers well, let the water drain, cut off the tips.
Step 2:
Boil the brine first: add salt and pepper to the water and boil. Set aside, but in the meantime, take care of the cucumbers.
Step 3:
At the bottom of a suitable saucepan - glass, ceramic or ordinary enameled ones are great (just don't take aluminum ones) - lay out a layer of greenery, add bay leaf, garlic cloves.
Step 4:
The next step is to put the dill and mustard seeds.
Step 5:
Lay out the cucumbers cut into barrels - the smaller the slicing, the faster the cucumbers will be ready. But finely chop the tea that you plan to eat literally in 2-3 hours, the rest are larger - as in the photo, they will be ready the next day.
Step 6:
Place the spices on top of the cucumbers again.
Step 7:
Pour warm brine so that all cucumbers drown.
Step 8:
Cover with a suitable-sized plate and put the oppression. Put the cucumbers in a cool place. I put it in the refrigerator.
Step 9:
The next day, fragrant, summer-smelling, lightly salted cucumbers are ready!
