Cooking method
The whole history of mankind is the history of the invention of food. Back in the days when only a person learned how to make fire, shaggy keepers of the hearth puzzled over how best to roast meat. In the end, they decided on meat, but vegetables were considered the food of peasants for a long time. The peasants did not bother themselves with exquisite culinary recipes, so the invention of salads was postponed for many years. But now salads are made from everything, and in any combination. Red cabbage seems a little rough, but it contains not only tannins that prolong youth, but also anthocyanins. Therefore, red cabbage is useful in its raw form.
Mix 100 ml of hot water with one tablespoon of rum. And we soak raisins in this daredevil. It should stand for at least an hour, and so that the water does not cool down quickly, close the glass with a lid.
Cabbage is cut into very thin strips, you can use a combine harvester or grate it on a grater. Then you definitely need to add a little salt and shake it. In a deep bowl, mix the cabbage with coconut chips. Add the raisins.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, lightly whisk them with a whisk, and season the salad. Serve immediately. And I also want to add that the recipe contains rum, which means that this salad cannot be given to children. For children, rum is replaced with a weak sugar solution.
