Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a salad with fried mushrooms and chicken? Prepare the products according to the list. Wash the meat and vegetables. Boil potatoes and carrots in a uniform until tender. Put the chicken fillet in a saucepan with boiling water, add salt and cook for about 15-25 minutes. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, then hold in cold water until completely cooled. Cook all the products at the same time to save time.
Step 2:
Wash fresh champignons, cut into strips, transfer to a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Add salt to taste and fry over high heat while stirring for about 3-5 minutes. Why fry on high heat? In this case, the mushrooms will remain as juicy as possible.
Step 3:
Cut chicken fillet into small pieces across the fibers. Cut boiled eggs with a knife into medium-sized cubes or pass them through a special strainer. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can take any hard or semi-hard cheese that rubs well on a grater. Peel the carrots and potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. If you want, you can divide all the products into two equal parts to make two portioned salads.
Step 4:
Put the chopped chicken fillet and fried mushrooms in a bowl, add mayonnaise, mix. You can take any mayonnaise, I have homemade. I cooked two salads, so I divided all the products into two equal parts.
Step 5:
Place the salad ring on the dish. Put the mixture of chicken meat and mushrooms in the ring with the first layer and tamp it well with a spoon. I used a ring with a diameter of 10.5 centimeters. For one large salad, take a ring with a larger diameter. And in this case, do not divide the products into two parts.
Step 6:
Put the prepared grated potatoes in the second layer and also carefully press it with a spoon.
Step 7:
The third layer is grated boiled carrots, which also need to be well crushed.
Step 8:
The fourth layer is sliced boiled eggs.
Step 9:
Coat the layer with eggs liberally with mayonnaise.
Step 10:
The last, fifth layer is grated cheese. Sprinkle them over the salad. Leave the salad to soak for 10 minutes, then carefully remove the salad ring.
Step 11:
In the same way, prepare a second salad if you shared the products. Serve the salad, garnishing it with a sprig of fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
One of the most satisfying, delicious and mouth-watering salads - suitable for any celebration.
Salad with fried mushrooms, champignons and chicken will be a welcome "guest" on the festive table. It looks beautiful and tastes just delicious. All products are successfully combined with each other and complement each other. The salad is laid out in layers in a ring, which makes it portioned. Two salads will come out of this amount of products - cook more if necessary.
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See the interesting ones here
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
Champignons can be replaced with boletus or buttermilk, but take into account the difference in the sequence and cooking time.
Buy fresh medium-sized mushrooms, snow-white color without spots, damage, rot smell. They should not be slippery to the touch. Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms from the ground under a stream of warm or cold water. Cut out the damaged places, if there are any. Miniature mushrooms up to 2 cm in size do not need to be cleaned at all, it is enough to rinse them well. Larger champignons are recommended to be cleaned from films.
