Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients. Take the amount of sugar to your taste, depending on the sweetness of strawberries, you may need more or less sugar. For flavor, you can optionally add vanilla sugar, but this is not necessary.
Step 2:
Strawberries are washed, cleaned and cut into arbitrary pieces.
Step 3:
Put strawberries, sugar and 2 tablespoons of water in the pan. We send it to the fire and cook for 15 minutes, mix from time to time, the mixture should thicken slightly.
Step 4:
The resulting mixture is ground through a sieve and allowed to cool to room temperature.
Step 5:
Add yogurt, mix everything thoroughly. We put the mixture in a freezing container and send it to the freezer.
Step 6:
For the first 2 hours, every 20-30 minutes, we take the ice cream out of the freezer and mix it actively. After two hours, we leave the ice cream until it completely solidifies.
Step 7:
We put the finished ice cream in the cremans and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
