Cooking method
1. Chicken fillet is washed and dried, you can wet the meat with a paper towel.
2. Put the fillets in a saucepan and sprinkle with salt, spices, Provencal herbs will do well here. Pour vodka into the meat and rub it well.
3. We put it in the refrigerator for 14-15 hours. Then we take it out, rinse it under cold water and dry it.
4. Wrap the fillet in cheesecloth and put it back in the refrigerator for 2 days. We take it out of the refrigerator and all our delicacy is ready!
