Glazed dietary cheese

Treat yourself and your family with an amazing dessert! In my childhood, glazed cheeses were a luxury, and in our family we had treats only on holidays. Now I have the opportunity to cook my children goodies just like that, for a good mood. I also pamper myself by preparing dietary treats that you can eat and not count the extra calories. I share one of these recipes with you: meet the dietary glazed cheeses!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

Cocoa butter is melted in the microwave (you can use a water bath), pour in the milk and send it to the fire. After 2-3 minutes, pour in cocoa powder, sweetener and skimmed milk powder, mix. The mass will immediately thicken.

With the resulting chocolate mass, we lubricate the entire inner surface of the molds (I have the usual cupcake molds) and send them to the freezer so that the glaze grabs.

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, pour the remaining sweetener, grind the mass through a sieve or mix with an immersion blender.

Blueberries are thawed, crushed to a puree-like consistency with a blender.

Pour gelatin into a mug, fill with cold water.

Take out the molds with chocolate glaze from the freezer, fill them with cottage cheese half, add blueberry puree and cover with cottage cheese.

Melt the swollen gelatin in the microwave, mix with the remaining blueberry puree, cover the surface of the cheese.

We send the cheese to the refrigerator for another two hours.

From this amount of ingredients, I got 4 cheese of an impressive size (the molds were for cupcakes).

Well, shall we taste it?

Enjoy your health!
