Cooking method
Prepare the sauce:
- in a small saucepan, mix raspberries with sugar, add lemon juice;
- we send it to medium heat, bring it to a boil, then knead the berries with a spoon;
- remove from heat and rub through a sieve;
- we put it in the refrigerator to cool down for now.
Now let's prepare the mousse:
- pour cream (100 ml) into a bowl, add chocolate to them, after breaking it into pieces;
- we send it to the microwave, heat it for 30 seconds, each time stopping and mixing the ingredients until the chocolate is completely dissolved;
- in a deep bowl, whisk the remaining cream with a mixer until foam appears;
- then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continue to beat until soft peaks;
- gently combine the melted chocolate with whipped cream.
Choose 6 cremans, put half of the mousse in them (an equal amount in each). Then pour raspberry sauce and spread a layer of raspberries, then cover again with mousse, pour sauce, decorate with raspberries and grated white chocolate.
Before serving, the parfait should be cooled in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Serve on the table, surprise your friends!
