Step 1:

Combine egg, sugar, yolk in a bowl.
Step 3:
Then the resulting mass is whipped in a water bath until fluffy.
Step 4:
Add cinnamon, rum and, stirring, cool.
Step 5:
Grind the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
Step 6:
Pour the melted chocolate into the egg mass, stir again and cool.
Step 7:
Whisk the cream.
Step 8:
Add them to the rest of the ingredients and mix. We lay out the finished mass in special molds and put it in the freezer for at least 7 hours. After that, we lower the molds into boiling water to make it easier to extract the parfait, put it on a dish and serve it to the table. You can also arrange the parfait in glasses, glass molds or cream bowls, then we serve dessert in this dish.
