Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients.
Step 2:
Prepare gelatin. Pour it into a saucepan and dilute with milk. Set aside for swelling for 20 minutes.
Step 3:
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, add sugar to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4:
Back to gelatin. We put the saucepan on the stove and, stirring constantly, heat it over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved (about 7 minutes). But we don't boil it!
Step 5:
Remove from the stove, add cottage cheese to the gelatin.
Step 6:
Mix everything well until smooth.
Step 7:
I took silicone molds to make dessert. First, pour quite a bit on the bottom of each mold - so that the curd mixture closes the bottom by 1-1.5 cm .
Step 8:
We put the berries in each mold. It is very important to spread the berries not on the bottom, but on a layer of cottage cheese, otherwise the berry top will not harden. And when you take out the dessert, it can quickly fall apart.
Step 9:
Now fill the curd mixture to the very edge of the mold and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Step 10:
Carefully remove the desserts from the molds. To easily get desserts, the reverse side of the molds can be held under a stream of hot water - then they will move away from the edge. Desserts are easily removed from silicone molds.
Step 11:
Our desserts are ready.
