Step-by-step cooking
Remove the seeds from the cherries and use a blender to make cherry puree. Leave some berries for the finished dish. Grind the chocolate on a grater.
Beat cream with half of powdered sugar to a dense state. Add the second half of powdered sugar to the cottage cheese, beat until creamy.
Add cherry puree to the curd mass, beat. Add the whipped cream and mix gently with a spatula.
Put a few cherries, 1 tablespoon of cream on the bottom of the bowl. Divide the cookies into 3 parts, dip in the juice and put on the cream. Put the cream on top so that it covers the cookies. Then add more cookies and another layer of cream.
Decorate the dessert with chocolate chips and cherries. Cool.
