Step-by-step cooking
To prepare Muesli in English, we first peel the walnuts from the shell and chop them either with a knife or a rolling pin. We take a deep vessel, it can be a frying pan or a saucepan, put it on the stove and melt the butter there. When the butter is completely melted, add a glass of granulated sugar and stir continuously until the sugar completely dissolves in the oil. After that, add the oat flakes to the pan and fry them. Then pour out the chopped nuts, and stirring constantly, fry all this mass until golden brown. Toasted ready-made flakes with walnuts are removed from the fire, you can add coconut chips, mix thoroughly and cool to room temperature. Before serving, we put the oat flakes in bowls and pour warm milk. Bon appetit!
