Cooking method
Cut the ham into a thin layer and roll it into tubes. Peel the apple from the seeds and cut into small cubes. We do the same from cucumbers. Boil the celery root and pour orange juice. Stir well and stack the slide on the dish.
The salad is decorated with "drawings" of mayonnaise.
