Step-by-step cooking
We take the norm of cookies prescribed by the recipe and grind it into crumbs. Then mix with softened butter. We cover the detachable baking dish with oiled paper and put the resulting mass into it, which we distribute evenly. The resulting cake is put in the refrigerator for about an hour. Next, squeeze out the lemon juice, heat it slightly and dissolve the gelatin in it. Beat the cottage cheese with granulated sugar, add candied fruits and gelatin. Mix all the components. We spread the curd mass on a cookie cake. The top of the cake is decorated with halves of grapes and circles of kiwi. Oranges and peaches can be used for decoration. We send the cake to the refrigerator for 3 hours, after which you can decorate the table with a curd cake with fruit. Both tasty and healthy!
