Step-by-step cooking
I melted the chocolate in a steam bath and brushed each mold with a thick layer of chocolate, then put it in the freezer for five minutes. Pulled out and repeated the chocolate smearing and again - in the freezer for the same time.
I prepared a homogeneous curd mass in a blender from cottage cheese, grated butter, vanilla sugar, crushed dried apricots and powdered sugar. I put this mass into molds and poured the remains of melted chocolate on top.
I kept it in the refrigerator for about half an hour and fully enjoyed my favorite delicacy. It is very important to remember here: only chilled foods are put in the freezer, and the molds should be fairly smooth, without numerous small details, otherwise you will not be able to get dessert from them and you will have to eat it directly from the molds, which is also very tasty. Subsequently, he replaced dried apricots with various chopped nuts, candied fruits or dried fruits.
Glazed cheeses are ready.
