Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a quick yeast dough in the refrigerator in a bag? There the whole process is shown in a minute. I pour 4 cups of flour and yeast into a bowl. Then gradually pour warm milk, add sugar, salt, sunflower oil. I mix all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Then gradually add another glass of flour. I put the dough in a cellophane bag and put it in the refrigerator. The video shows how the dough came up after an hour, then after three hours.
Step 3:
You can cook in 2 hours. But if the dough stays in the refrigerator longer, nothing will happen to it. I often make this kind of dough at night. And I cook something delicious the next day.
Step 4:
This time I was cooking fried pies with jam. From this amount of dough, 40-50 pieces of small size are obtained. There is nothing left for the day!
Step 5:
Ready-made pies. Very appetizing! From this dough, pies can be fried or baked in the oven. Fried, of course, tastier. Try it - a very simple recipe and, at the same time, a very tasty dough!
Step 6:
More photos of "yummy" from this dough. Sausages in dough (fried + baked in the oven) and pies (fried + oven).
