Step 1:
Cut the bread into cubes and fry in a frying pan with a drop of olive oil. Anchovies need to be pre-soaked in water for 20 minutes, if they are very salty, I did not do this.
Step 2:
Mix ricotta cheese with mustard and dry garlic. You can replace cheese with natural yogurt. We fill the salad leaves with the resulting sauce.
Step 3:
We put lettuce leaves seasoned with sauce on a plate. Add anchovies, boiled egg, randomly chopped, crackers. Sprinkle with grated parmesan or grana padano.
I am constantly experimenting with sauces and dressings, because they play a major role in the taste of the finished dish.
