Cooking method
1. Fill the raisins with warm water.
2. We put the cottage cheese in a bowl of a suitable size and knead it with a fork. Cottage cheese can be ground through a sieve - in this case, the finished delicacy will turn out to be more tender, more homogeneous consistency, without grains. Or you can immediately choose a more tender cottage cheese. If the grains do not bother, you can leave the cottage cheese as it is, without grinding.
3. Break the egg to the cottage cheese, mix well until a homogeneous consistency.
4. Pour powdered sugar and salt into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and stir again. The amount of powdered sugar can be reduced, since the raisins are already sweet and will add sweetness to the finished dish. But sweet tooth is better to sweeten the cheesecakes additionally. Or, as an option, you can serve not very sweet cheesecakes with jam or jam, honey.
5. Sift the flour directly into the bowl with the curd mass. Stir and, if the mass is still moist, add a little more flour. But you do not need to achieve a dry "dough" - in this case, cheesecakes will be less useful and more rigid. So there is no need for extra flour.
6. Drain the water from the raisins, rinse the raisins under running water, then rinse with boiled water, dry with napkins and spread to the curd mass. We mix raisins into it, we try to distribute it evenly in the dough.
7. Cover a large flat plate with parchment, spread the dough on it with a tablespoon.
8. We put the plate in the microwave for 4 minutes, the power is the highest.
9. If all the cheesecakes do not fit at once, we prepare the next batch.
10. Ready-made cheesecakes are allowed to stand for 5 minutes, after which we serve them to the table.
Bon appetit and have a good day!
