Step-by-step cooking
1. Cut slices of white bread into cubes. In a frying pan, without adding oil (you can only lightly lubricate with a cooking brush), fry them until they blush.
2. Mix diced cheese, lettuce leaves, basil, torn by hands, halves of olives and quarters of cherry, finely chopped cucumbers and sweet pepper into thin strips in a salad bowl.
3. Mix olive oil with mayonnaise and season the salad with it. Add salt and pepper.
4. Add hot croutons to the already prepared salad and mix several times with light movements so as not to thicken the salad.
