The original design of the New Year's salad - surprise your guests! With this dish, I began my acquaintance with puff salads. Of all that I know, he is the easiest, which is why I love him. The New Year's Ball salad is juicy, it smells delicious. Even the apple looks right there, and the taste of the salad can't be conveyed, you have to taste it yourself.

The whole essence of the dish lies in finely grated ingredients that lie on top of each other in layers.

The base of the salad is created from a well-packed mass of grated crab sticks, in the shape of a circle.

A layer of boiled egg white is placed on top of it.

Finely chopped green onions, flavored with mayonnaise, are carefully poured onto the protein.

Grated apples are applied on top of the third layer. They are also coated with mayonnaise.

The last layer consists of yolk.

If you have a desire to decorate a salad, follow the instructions below:

Sprinkle the top layer of the salad consisting of apples with the yolk exactly in the middle. Ideally, you should get a smooth yellow stripe.

To the left and right of the yolk strip, add crab sticks specially reserved for this, also in the form of strips.

Close the remaining uncovered "sides" of the salad with chopped onions. Do not add mayonnaise.
