Cooking method
1. Put the shrimp in boiling salted water, boil for 3 minutes, then remove it with a slotted spoon and quickly lower it into ice water.
2. Lime juice is lightly salted, add dry garlic powder, pour olive oil, mix.
3. My salad, cut into strips, cut a piece of Bulgarian pepper into small cubes, my cherry tomatoes, dry.
3. In a deep bowl, put the lettuce leaves and shrimp, pour the dressing from olive oil and lime juice, mix.
4. In glasses we lay out lettuce leaves with shrimps, place a couple of cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with crushed bell pepper.
