1. Break the eggs into a bowl, beat with a fork until smooth.
2. Parsley, tarragon and chervil are washed, chopped finely, spread in egg mass, season with salt and pepper, mix.
3. Melt a piece of butter in a frying pan, then pour the egg mass.
4. Using a fork, mix the omelet until it seizes.
5. Then, with a fork, we gently bend one edge of the omelet, roll it into a roll.
6. We transfer the omelet to a dish.
