Cooking method
1. Cut mozzarella and tomatoes into 5 mm thick plates, preferably of the same diameter;
2. Disassemble the basil into leaves, leaving the tip untouched;
3. Put tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, etc. on a dish in a circle, alternating;
4. Decorate the middle of the dish with a stacked tomato, mozzarella, the top of a basil branch;
5. Pour oil, juice, pepper, salt.
