Light and hearty lunch in 15 minutes. Everyone will like it! This dish is both a salad and a side dish in one person. It turns out very tasty and simple, but it is prepared very quickly. You can also steam the cereal with broth, then the taste will be more saturated. Help yourself!

    Pour the couscous with boiling water (for 1 serving of cereals, take 1 serving of boiling water), cover with a lid and let stand for 10 minutes.

    While the cereal is steaming, let's take care of vegetables. Bulgarian pepper is cut into small cubes. Optionally, chop the chili pepper. Instead of one whole pepper, I took half a yellow and red pepper.

    Cut onion into small cubes, also cut tomatoes.

    In a bowl, mix the vegetables, add the chopped basil.

    Drain the oil from the tuna (if desired, you can leave the oil and fill the salad with it). Using a fork, we knead the fish and add it to the vegetables.

    Add salt, pepper and oil, mix.

    Loosen the couscous with a fork, add to the salad bowl and mix. If necessary, add more salt and pepper.
