Cooking method
Fry the minced meat in vegetable or olive oil until half cooked.
Add finely chopped onion and garlic.
Scald tomatoes with boiling water, peel, rub through a sieve and mix the resulting mass with thyme, oregano, salt and black pepper. Add the mixture to the meat, pour in the wine. Mix everything and simmer until tender.
Boil spaghetti in salted water, season with olive (vegetable) oil.
Put on a large flat plate, and in the center - cooked minced meat.
Sprinkle the meat with green onions.
