I really like to cook such food as caesar salad and I do it with enviable constancy. I used to just fill this dish with mayonnaise, now I make caesar salad sauce for it. Now I will be happy to share this recipe with you. We begin the preparation of Caesar salad sauce by washing the parsley and garlic well (we pre-peel it and remove the cores from the cloves) and finely chop them with a sharp knife. After that, chop the prepared garlic and parsley in a blender to a mushy consistency. After that, we add all the other ingredients listed above to the homogeneous mass we have obtained and mix everything thoroughly again with a blender. Here is our caesar salad sauce and ready. It remains only to fill the salad with it or pour it into a special sauce pan. Enjoy your appetite and your loved ones!
