Fresh cucumber salad with matzoni

The salad is perfectly absorbed, it will delight you with a fresh cucumber taste!!! I made this salad based on matsun, I wanted to try Armenian cuisine so much, to learn the taste of such an amazing and useful product as Matsun, and when I learned how to cook it, I immediately had a desire to adapt matsun for my favorite dishes, so this salad was born. While early spring and a lot of greenhouse cucumbers with greens are sold in our markets, try it, too, without waiting for your own from the garden, you will love it, you will cook all year round and feel the lightness and spring aftertaste, it is very tender and fragrant!
