Cooking method
1. First of all, pearl barley needs to be sorted out well, since extraneous trifles may occur in budget options.
2. Then be sure to rinse in several waters until the water becomes completely transparent. Pearl barley does not require special soaking in order not to lose useful substances.
3. It is better to cook in thick-walled dishes. We put the water on a high heat until it boils.
4. Salt to taste.
5. For beauty, I like to add turmeric, and it's good for good.
6. Add vegetable oil immediately.
7. Load the washed pearl barley into boiling water. Reduce the heat to a minimum, close the lid tightly.
8. Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes, do not open the lid, do not mix the porridge.
9. Pearl barley porridge turned out really crumbly. It remains only to present it beautifully. You can add sweet things to it, and a combination with hot sauces and vegetables will also be wonderful.
