Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
If you still don't know how to fry delicious cheesecakes without flour, then get acquainted with this recipe. It seems impossible, but it's a fact! We take all the products we need from the list. Flour, as you have already understood from the name of this dish, we do not need. We will replace it with semolina.
Step 2:
Proceed to the preparation of cheesecakes. To do this, put all the cottage cheese in a bowl, add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3:
Beat the eggs into a deep bowl or a tall jug and beat with a whisk, mixer or immersion blender with a suitable nozzle.
Step 4:
Gradually pour semolina into the egg mixture.
Step 5:
Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Step 6:
Pour the resulting egg-semolina mass into the cottage cheese and gradually mix.
Step 7:
We have such a dough for our cheesecakes without flour - it turns out to be runny in consistency.
Step 8:
We put the frying pan on a high heat, warm it up, reduce the heat to medium and pour a little vegetable oil there (so that the cheesecakes do not come out greasy). Spread the dough on the warmed oil with a spoon. We form small oval or round cakes of approximately the same size. Fry the cheesecakes on both sides for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
Step 9:
We remove the finished cheesecakes from the pan and fry the next batch - if necessary, add a little more oil and warm it up. We serve ready-made cheesecakes with sour cream, condensed milk, caramel, jam or jam. They taste better when hot.
I have been reading this recipe from a magazine for a long time, and since then I prefer to make just such cheesecakes. Because there are few people who love and eat cottage cheese - especially children, it is sometimes difficult to force them to eat at least 100 grams of cottage cheese, but it is so useful! And such cheesecakes consist entirely of cottage cheese, which gives a great vitamin blow to the body. At the same time, many children are happy to eat three or four cheesecakes at a time, and remain satisfied. Cook and you!
