Step 1:
To begin with, we cut our half of the onion into half rings and soak it in vinegar diluted with water. Do not fight with vinegar. A spoonful of concentrated vinegar per glass is enough!
Step 2:
Lettuce is cleaned from the upper (wilted) leaves and cut across strips 1 cm wide.
Step 3:
Cut the tomatoes into medium pieces so that the tomatoes are juicy inside, and not with water in the salad!
Step 4:
Our seafood delicacies look great. That's why I always take them. We have them in oil, so we squeeze them out a little, although we don't expect oil dressing in our salad, so oil lovers don't have to squeeze it out.
Step 5:
We prepare the salad in portions. We put a substrate of chopped lettuce in a plate and begin to stack our prepared products evenly, do not forget to salt each layer. At the end, sprinkle with lime juice. This will be our dressing.
Step 6:
The last step (strictly before serving) is to lay out the crackers as your imagination orders. It will also be very tasty to sprinkle with grated cheese before spreading the crackers. At the same time, you need to take hard and aged cheese, parmesan will go.
To begin with, as usual, we will choose the products for our delicious, light sea salad. I prefer to buy vegetables at the market - there they have a much more pronounced taste like "from childhood", and most importantly they are always fresh, and you can bargain with sellers for the best price;) Seafood is better to choose primarily by appearance or from trusted manufacturers, if possible, do not consider closed blind cans, since they do not understand the quality. In this regard, I always trust the Lunsky Sea, it can be seen that the seafood is fresh and selected. I usually take crackers from a baguette, but choose according to your preferences. Try to choose them without unnecessary flavors, so that they do not interrupt the taste of seafood and vegetables! The recipe for cooking is extremely simple, you need to mix all the ingredients together and refuel, the freshness and quality of the selected products are responsible for the taste here!
