Sweetness under champagne! For any festive table for any occasion! I saw the photo on the Internet on the eve of the New Year and "caught fire" to cook immediately. No recipe was attached, I did it on a whim. Hurray! Everything turned out perfectly. There was no limit to the delight for the family! I had to quickly prepare another tripled portion.

Peeled tangerines, divided them into slices.

I melted 2 bars of bitter 75% chocolate in a water bath.

Dipped each slice in chocolate and spread it on a platter. This should be done quickly, because chocolate freezes quickly.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar!

Then put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes for complete solidification. Everything froze perfectly!

Tip: I advise you to take bitter chocolate. Friends after me decided to repeat, someone took milk chocolate. And he didn't freeze, to their great disappointment.

I do not advise adding milk to chocolate, because it will also freeze for a long time. And the refrigerator won't help.
