Cooking method
Cut chicken fillet into cubes, carrots through a grater, cut onion and mix everything with spices, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Roll out the puff pastry until we get a long rectangular strip, which we cut into 8 squares (in total, 16 squares are obtained from two plates of dough).
We spread the filling on the dough and pinch it in the form of an envelope. We put the finished envelopes on a greased frying pan or baking sheet and bake in the oven (200 degrees) 20 minutes.
