Step 1:
Pre-boil potatoes, carrots and eggs. Carrots, so that they are delicious, and do not interrupt the taste of the salad, do not cook for a long time. The best option is to peel fresh carrots, cut into cubes, throw them into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Then drain and cool.

In my family, boiled carrots are not very favored, therefore, in most salads, they are successfully replaced with pickled.

When the preparation is completed, we start cooking. Everything is simple here. Peel potatoes, carrots and eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites.

Knead the liver with a fork. When buying a liver, pay attention to it being whole pieces. For example, the liver of cod in Murmansk, is a minced liver in oil. I prefer to take natural liver, because it is quite fatty in itself, and there is no need for oil here.
Step 7:
Well, now it remains only to collect our salad. In the middle of the plate or dish we spread the liver, carefully place all the other ingredients around the liver. Our salad is ready, you can serve.
