1. To prepare Blue Curacao liqueur at home, prepare sugar syrup from sugar and water and cool it. Put the zest and spices in the jar and pour alcohol. Close and leave for 3 hours in the heat. Then add the syrup, dye, mix, close tightly and leave to infuse in a dark place for 1-2 weeks. Then filter (cotton wool + gauze) - and the liquor is ready.
2. To make a Blue Lagoon cocktail, pour ice into a glass, add the rest of the ingredients, mix, and you're done.
