Step 1:
How to make a sambuca cocktail at home? Prepare the products. You will need the Sambuca liqueur itself, coffee beans are used as a snack. Also take an ordinary thick glass glass and a cognac glass. Also prepare a cocktail tube, a paper napkin and matches.

First put a glass in front of you, from which you will then drink a cocktail, put a napkin next to it, and a straw on it.

Measure the required amount of Sambuca liqueur using a measuring cup.

Pour the liqueur into a cognac glass.

Next, tilting the glass, turn it slightly in different directions so that the sambuca spreads along the walls of the glass.

Then light a match and very carefully ignite the alcohol vapor inside the glass. Hold the burning glass in your hands for 10-20 seconds and gently pour its contents into the glass in front of you so that the flame does not go out.

Sambuca (ital. Sambuca) is an Italian (as well as Spanish) liqueur with anise flavor. Usually it is a clear sweet liquid with a specific aroma and an alcohol content of 38-42%. At the same time, there are dark and even red varieties of sambuca. The drink is made from wheat alcohol, sugar, ordinary anise, star anise, extracts from berries or elder flowers. Spicy herbs are added to some varieties.
Sambuca is used as part of cocktails. For example, "fiery" — several layers of alcoholic beverages are poured into a high, even glass in ascending order of strength, namely: any light liqueur, champagne, sambuca, vodka, absinthe. The drink is set on fire and drunk through a straw. Washed down, if necessary, with lemon juice.
Sambuca liqueur is a popular ingredient in layered shots, such as "Brain Tumor", "Hiroshima".
