Cooking method
This healthy bread is made with blueberries, banana, dried fruits and orange peel. Everyone knows that fruits are very useful, and blueberries in particular. A pastry chef friend taught me how to cook this superhlebushek and since then I very often bake bread according to this recipe, which is tastier than any cupcake. First, I warm up the oven to 180 C, and lubricate the silicone mold for the bread with sunflower oil. I mix and sift flour and yeast through a sieve into a large saucepan, I also add candied fruit peel, ground banana pulp, blueberries, crushed dried fruits and sugar. I take a separate saucepan and cook in it a mixture of orange juice, eggs and sunflower oil left over from greasing the mold. Then I combine the dry mixture with the wet one and stir it with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is obtained, which I pour into the mold, and I level the surface with a special silicone tool or a wooden spatula. I bake a healthy bread for about an hour. The crust should become firm and a pleasant golden color. I dissolve sugar in about a quarter of a cup of cold filtered water or non-carbonated mineral water. When the bread cools down, I pour it with this syrup and sprinkle with grated orange or tangerine peel. Somewhere a couple of hours of bread should stand in the breadbox and soak up the aromas of all products. After eating, it is very pleasant to eat a sandwich with chocolate butter on a healthy bread. Although bread contains useful ingredients, it is very sweet, and nutritionists do not recommend getting too carried away with sweet. But occasionally you can pamper yourself.
