There are a lot of recipes and variants of milkshake - a drink that came to us from America. It is made simply with milk, chocolate, fruit, with the addition of ice cream, berries, nuts, jam and other ingredients. This drink is not only very tasty, but also nutritious and useful thanks to the base - milk rich in calcium.
The simplest classic milkshake recipe consists of two ingredients: milk and vanilla ice cream. But chocolate lovers will definitely appreciate the taste of a milkshake with the addition of cocoa and grated milk chocolate. At the same time, it is prepared no longer and no more difficult. If you have a simple cream sundae at hand, you can add a pinch of vanilla.
To get a more delicious drink, it is better to cool the glasses in which the milkshake will be served to the table in the freezer, for this we put them in the freezer for a couple of hours.
We will also make a drink from chilled milk so that it does not melt the ice cream quickly.
Pour milk into a bowl, add a teaspoon of instant cocoa (which does not require cooking), whisk with a blender. Add vanilla ice cream to the milk, it is better to take it out of the freezer 15 minutes before cooking, so that it is slightly soft, you can use ice cream on cream, it is always soft. Once again, milk with ice cream is whipped with a blender. If you like desserts and sweeter drinks, you can add a little sugar, although ice cream gives enough sweetness to the milkshake.
Milk chocolate is grated on a fine grater.
We pour the drink into glasses. Sprinkle the milkshake on top with chocolate chips.
We serve the drink immediately to the table. The chocolate taste and vanilla aroma will not leave anyone indifferent.
