Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients. To begin with, we will need only raspberries and alcohol, but we will need sugar, water and lemon only 10 days after the start of cooking.
Step 2:
We take a raspberry, and send it to the thicket of the blender, there is no blender, it doesn't matter, we take an ordinary potato masher.
Step 3:
Chop raspberries into puree.
Step 4:
Add alcohol, mix.
Step 5:
Pour the resulting mixture into a clean, dry bottle and forget about it for 10 days. Store the bottle with its contents in a dark, cool place.
Step 6:
After 10 days, we take sugar and water and cook the syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil, stir actively at the beginning of cooking, so that the sugar completely dissolves, and cook the syrup for 5 minutes. After, let it cool completely.
Step 7:
Add the juice of half or all of a lemon to the cooled syrup, focus on your taste. And pour it into a bottle with alcohol and raspberries. And again we send the bottle to a dark, cool place for 16 days, every day we take out the bottle and give it a little shake.
Step 8:
After 16 days we get our liquor.
Step 9:
And filter it through a fine sieve + gauze in several layers. The resulting purified liquor is poured into a clean bottle. That's all the liquor is ready. We store it in a cool place.
