Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
First we will prepare pumpkin puree. To do this, peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces, put it in a saucepan and add a little water. Simmer over low heat until softened.
Step 2:
While the pumpkin is cooking, heat the cream to a hot state (do not boil), this can be done in the microwave. Pour gelatin and one tablespoon of powdered sugar into the hot cream, stir well until the gelatin and powdered sugar are completely dissolved.
Step 3:
Fill the prepared cremans up to half with gelated cream and put them in a convenient container at an angle. I was put in a plastic bucket. Remove the container with the cream in the refrigerator until the cream is completely solidified. It took me about one hour.
Step 4:
While the cream freezes, we prepare the puree. To do this, knead the stewed pumpkin until smooth (this can be done with a blender) and cool. Then add cinnamon and the remaining powdered sugar to the resulting pumpkin puree and mix well.
Step 5:
We take the cremans with frozen cream out of the refrigerator and carefully put a layer of jam on top of the cream. Take the amount of jam to your liking.
Step 6:
Carefully spread pumpkin puree on top of the jam, level it.
Step 7:
Spread the jam layer over the pumpkin layer again and finish the whole composition with nuts. Nuts can be any, according to your taste. Dessert is ready. Enjoy your meal!
Deliciously tender-tender, with a pleasant pumpkin flavor, cinnamon flavor of incredible creamy consistency, due to the fact that the main part is pumpkin puree, dessert. Cream should preferably be taken fatter (if you don't count calories) – they give the dessert a creamy taste, and then the dessert will even resemble ice cream "sundae" a little.
Prepare this dessert for those who don't like pumpkin yet, and they will certainly have a lot of fun! You can serve it in cream bowls or beautiful glasses.
