Put a small saucepan on the stove, pour cream into it and bring them to a boil. After we dissolve coffee in them and put it to cool. Beat half a portion of granulated sugar with yolks. The second half of the sugar is rubbed with softened butter. Combine both masses into one, mix well. Pour instant coffee and sour cream. After carefully mixing the flour and bring the mass to complete uniformity. Now pour the soda extinguished in lemon juice. Take the egg whites out of the refrigerator and beat them to a fluffy foam with the addition of powdered sugar and one teaspoon of lemon juice. Put a few spoonfuls of whipped whites into the dough and mix gently. Bake it with one cake in a preheated oven. Ready-made cake in two parts (as it usually happens) we don't cut. All that's left is to make coffee icing and pour it over our coffee cake.
Glaze: beat one protein to a foam, add powdered sugar. Then pour in half a teaspoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of coffee. Mix well.
