Jam-based sponge cake cream

The original way of making the cream - you will also appreciate it! I really like to cook biscuits. I'm constantly trying different basics and looking for recipes for different creams. As for me, the perfect sponge cake cream should decorate any cake, even not sweet. Therefore, I had to invent a suitable culinary recipe for such a cream myself. Such a cream is prepared on the basis of any fruit jam. My favorite is apple. But it doesn't matter. If you like cherries or plums more, feel free to take your favorite jam. Just don't forget to control the sweetness – too sweet cream can ruin all the food.

    Fruit Sponge Cake Cream

Of course, it is better not to give a biscuit with such a cream to small children, but friends will definitely appreciate both a biscuit and a sponge cake cream. Just don't tell them about jam – they won't believe it anyway!
