Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours
Peel the vegetables, remove the cores from the apples and cut into circles. In a large saucepan, mix the wine, brandy, juice and sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Put the pieces of fruit and refrigerate for an hour.
 Before serving, add a tonic. Classic Sangria is poured into glasses with ice and served on the table.
