Step 1:
The base of the cake will be meringue. We separate the whites from the yolks.Whisk the whites, adding a pinch of salt. When the foam appears, add sugar gradually, beat for 10 minutes, at the end add citric acid and vanillin.
Step 2:
Put a third of the meringue in a pastry bag with a smooth tube with a diameter of 1 cm, and put the rest on pastry paper or a silicone mat in the form of two circles with a diameter of 20 cm. From the pastry bag we will suck out small round meringues that will go for decoration. And we will bake at 120 degrees - 30 minutes (we will leave the oven door ajar for the first 10 minutes), then at 100 degrees - 1 hour, and leave to cool in the oven.
Step 3:
Cream 1: whisk the butter until white, then add condensed milk to it a little, whisk. We will postpone a third of the cream,
Step 4:
And add 2 tablespoons of cocoa to the rest and knock it down for another minute or two.
Step 5:
Chop the nuts and prunes. Let's assemble the cake: on the meringue cake - chocolate cream, sprinkle with nuts and prunes, and the second cake - cream, prunes, nuts, cream.
Step 6:
Lubricate the top and sides with white cream. Spread the meringue on top of the entire circumference.
Step 7:
For Christmas trees, bake a green sponge cake, adding spinach to it. It does not have a pronounced color and smell, but it will give color. Let's punch it with vegetable oil in a blender.

Beat eggs with sugar in a mixer, add lemon zest and vanilla sugar at the end.

And mix them in three premas spinach mixture with flour and baking powder.

Pour the sponge cake on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
