Warm salad with honeydew
Composition / ingredients
6
servings:
Step-by-step cooking
1. Boil the rice.
2. Fry the honeydew in a frying pan with a little oil (I buy a tin of honeydew from Lorado)
3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
4. Finely chop the ham into cubes and mix with grated cheese, season with mayonnaise.
5. Separately mix hot rice with mushrooms, drained of water, directly from the frying pan.
6. Add the warm mushroom-rice mass to the salad and mix, a little faster than usual, so that the cheese does not have time to melt and is evenly present in the salad.
7. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
