Banana orange smoothie

Delicious and healthy snack! The best and healthy desserts, in my opinion, are made from fruits and berries. Therefore, smoothies, without a doubt, can be called an ideal dessert. Use a fresh smoothie before the main meal, or an hour after it. So it will be absorbed as comfortably as possible and will only benefit the body. But do not forget that there is a sufficient amount of sugar in fresh fruits, so if you are watching your figure, I do not recommend drinking it at night. The ideal time for its use is the first half of the day. The composition of the drink can be slightly supplemented with mint. This will give the drink freshness.

Smoothie is a cold dessert drink, which consists of berries, fruits, juice, tea and, if necessary, pieces of ice (if there is heat, it is very valuable).
There are a lot of options for making smoothies. It is best to cook it from seasonal berries and fruits. In spring, there is still no summer fruit abundance, so we will prepare smoothies from all-season fruits, namely orange and banana. Try to take oranges not lumpy, namely smooth. Then the part that is white under the zest will be minimal. And I recommend taking bananas fully ripe. They will be soft and sweet.
To make smoothies, peel the bananas and break them into pieces. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice out of them with a juicer. If you want the smoothie to have more fiber needed by the body, then peel, cut into pieces and remove the bones. Then put the peeled oranges and broken pieces of bananas in a blender bowl and cover with a lid. Turn the blender on high power for 1-2 minutes. During this time, bananas with oranges will turn into a homogeneous mass. If you want the smoothie to be thicker so that you can eat with a spoon, then add another banana.
Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and immediately help yourself.
Ice can be added to a ready-made smoothie or add it during grinding.
A fresh smoothie should be consumed as soon as possible, as vitamins quickly evaporate.
Delicious and healthy snack is ready!
Bon appetit!
