Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
The blackberry harvest is very pleasing this season – there are so many delicious and healthy things you can cook! This time I decided not to do baking, but to cook a quick layered dessert of blackberries and cottage cheese. It is prepared very quickly, as a preparatory stage, you only need to wash and dry the blackberries. The dessert turns out to be very tasty and healthy.
Step 2:
Since we will have a layered dessert, we will prepare layers. For the curd layer, mix cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar in a bowl and mix with a fork or whisk with a blender, depending on your taste preferences. I like to feel the cottage cheese in the dessert, so I mixed it with a fork, if you like the curd mass more, use a blender.
Step 3:
Cookies are crushed in a convenient way for you, the easiest way is to put the cookies in a plastic bag and beat it with a rolling pin. Wash and dry the blackberries.
Step 4:
Let's proceed to the formation of dessert. At the bottom of glasses, cremans or bowls, we spread a layer of cookie crumbs, then a curd layer, on the curd layer – blackberry berries and so alternate layers several times. We decorate the dessert glasses with blackberry berries on top and send them to the refrigerator for 1 hour, after which we serve the dessert to the table.
Step 5:
Cottage cheese dessert with blackberries is ready! Enjoy your meal!
In summer, during the ripening of delicious and healthy berries, you can prepare various sweet dishes and desserts. Now we have blackberries bearing fruit in full, and I cook various goodies from it. My family loves blackberry souffle with condensed milk, blackberry aspic pie, but when I don't have time at all, I cook them this simple layered dessert of cottage cheese, cookies and blackberries. Dessert is prepared in 15 minutes, plus time for its impregnation, it turns out very tasty and healthy and is very popular not only for children, but also for adults. If desired, blackberries can be replaced with raspberries or any other berries you like. I hope that you will like my dessert and you will cook it often!
