Step 1:
Beat yogurt, honey, vegetable oil a little. Yogurt can be replaced with thick kefir. If you like unsweetened, then you can reduce the amount of honey
Step 2:
Mix flour, salt, soda and sift so that the soda mixes well with the flour
Step 3:
Add the flaxseed and knead the dough well. The dough will be sticky
Step 4:
Wrap in foil and leave for 30 minutes
Step 5:
Sprinkle the table liberally with rye flour and roll out a layer 1 cm thick. I made the cakes thinner and thicker. Both are delicious. Thin more crispy
Step 6:
Cut out the tortillas with a glass and prick with a fork. Bake in a preheated 220 gr oven for 15-20 minutes. Served cold with fish, butter, etc. We didn't have time to cool down. Next time I'll make a double portion
